1. Information We Collect

Name, email address, login provider, profile settings, plan and account status.

Trading data

Trade files, journal rows, symbols, dates, quantities, prices, P&L, strategy tags, setup tags, notes and uploaded report history.

Psychology data

Mood logs, daily notes, behavior signals and psychology-dashboard inputs that you choose to save.

Billing data

Subscription plan, payment status, transaction IDs, invoices and limited billing metadata. Full card or UPI details are handled by payment processors.

Technical data

Device, browser, IP-derived region, log events, error reports, performance data, security events and cookie/local-storage identifiers.

Support data

Messages, attachments, feedback and other information you send when contacting us.

2. How We Use Information

To provide dashboards, charts, journals, AI coach reports, PDF reports and analytics features.
To authenticate users, secure accounts and prevent abuse.
To process subscriptions, verify payments and manage billing history.
To personalize reports, saved insights, mood logs and product settings.
To improve performance, debug errors and understand feature usage.
To send service emails, billing notices, security alerts and support replies.

3. AI and Analytics Processing

When you generate AI coaching or reports, relevant trading, psychology and performance data may be processed to produce analysis. PNLyze is an analytics tool and does not provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice.

4. Service Providers

We may use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, storage, payments, analytics, email, support, security and AI processing. This may include Firebase, Google Cloud, Razorpay and other vendors needed to operate the product.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data or trading data. We may share data with service providers, comply with law, investigate abuse, enforce our terms, protect users, or complete business transfers such as merger or acquisition if applicable.

6. Data Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data. No internet service is completely secure, so you are responsible for protecting your login credentials and using trusted devices.

7. Data Retention

We retain account, trading, billing and usage data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. You may request deletion, subject to retention required for security, accounting, tax or legal purposes.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Access, update or delete certain account information in the app.
Delete uploaded data or ask us for assistance with deletion.
Opt out of non-essential emails where available.
Control cookies and local storage through your browser.
Contact us about privacy access, correction or deletion requests.

9. Children's Privacy

PNLyze is intended for users who are legally able to use trading and financial analytics services. It is not directed to children.

10. International Processing

Your data may be processed in India or other locations where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to require appropriate protections for such processing.
