1. The Service
PNLyze is a trading analytics and journaling SaaS product. It helps users upload trade data, view dashboards, generate analytics, compare performance, log trading psychology, create reports and review AI-assisted insights.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and must keep credentials secure.
- You must not share access in a way that avoids subscription limits or security controls.

4. User Data and Uploaded Content
You remain responsible for the trade files, journal entries, notes, mood logs and other content you upload or create. You confirm that you have the right to upload and process that content in PNLyze. You grant us the permission needed to host, process, analyze, display and generate reports from your content for the purpose of operating the service.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse, reverse engineer, scrape, overload or disrupt the service.
- Do not upload malware, unlawful content or data you do not have rights to use.
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, billing controls or security features.
- Do not use PNLyze to provide regulated financial advice to others without proper authorization.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid features require an active subscription. Prices are shown before checkout and may be billed monthly or yearly. Payments may be processed by Razorpay or another payment provider. Taxes may apply. Unless cancelled, subscriptions may renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. We do not provide refunds for trading losses, market outcomes or dissatisfaction with trading performance.
8. AI Outputs and Reports
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or based on limitations in the data you provide. You should review all AI coach reports, risk summaries, benchmark comparisons and PDF reports before relying on them. They are not a substitute for professional advice or your own judgment.
9. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep PNLyze reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue features, plans or integrations when needed.
10. Intellectual Property
PNLyze, including its software, design, branding, reports, templates, interfaces and content, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, distribute or create competing services from PNLyze materials except as allowed by law or written permission.
11. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security risk, misuse the product, fail to pay fees or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PNLyze is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, data loss, indirect damages or decisions made using analytics, reports or AI outputs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to PNLyze for the service in the three months before the claim.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are intended for an India-focused SaaS product and are governed by applicable laws of India, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.
