Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellations, renewals and refund eligibility for PNLyze paid subscriptions.

Effective date: 10 May 2026. Payments are processed through Razorpay or another payment provider shown at checkout.

1. Subscription Billing

PNLyze offers paid subscription plans that may be billed monthly or yearly. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period. Prices, taxes and payment method details are shown before checkout.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription from the Billing page or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless required by law or approved under this policy, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

Usually eligible for review
  • Duplicate payment for the same subscription period.
  • Accidental double charge caused by payment gateway error.
  • Paid plan not activated after successful payment.
  • Incorrect charge amount compared with checkout amount.
Usually not refundable
  • Used subscription period after access was provided.
  • Change of mind after using paid features.
  • Trading losses or dissatisfaction with market results.
  • Chargebacks or disputes already opened with the bank.

4. Refund Request Window

Please contact us within 7 days of the charge for billing-error or activation-related refund requests. Requests after this period may be declined unless required by applicable law.

5. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be sent to the original payment method through the payment provider. Bank and payment gateway processing times may vary, but many refunds take 5 to 10 business days after approval.

6. No Investment Outcome Guarantee

PNLyze is an analytics and journaling product. Refunds are not provided because of trading losses, unfavorable reports, AI coaching recommendations, benchmark comparisons or market outcomes.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email support@pnlyze.com with your account email, payment date, amount, plan, Razorpay/payment ID if available, and a short explanation of the issue.
